Residential Projects Include:

Fairview, Talbot County, Maryland:

The project included the historical restoration a nineteenth century Victorian house and an eighteenth century mansion. A barn on the site was converted into a hunting lodge. A new $5,000,000 house was included in the project. In keeping with the construction methods used in Germany, the owner's home, the structure included precast plank floors on masonry bearing walls. Due to the proximity of the house to the water and the soil conditions a concrete mat foundation was used. Architect: Reiner Kråmer.
