Industrial Projects Include:

Moore Business Forms Warehouse and Office, Meadow Ridge Business Park, Howard County, Maryland:
This 100,000 square foot office and warehouse required a slab design for forklifts and rack storage. The exterior tilt-up walls provided economical high bays for storage racks. Architect: Ruck Pate Architects.
Column Repairs at Fleischmann's Vinegar - Burns Philp Food Ingredients, Baltimore, Maryland:
This project required the in-place repair of timber columns damaged by termites. These columns supported heavy timber trusses spanning 25 to 50 feet over an active processing plant. The repairs used steel angles set outboard of the existing columns four corners. The angles were stitched together with steel plates. The plates had to be spaced to clear truss members and piping attached to the wood columns. The damage had extended into the truss connections. Steel reinforcing had to be attached to the truss members and connected to the steel column. All connections had to be bolted and provided with enough flexibility to permit field adjustment.

Bridge for Overhead Steam Lines - Johns Hopkins Hospital Bayview, Baltimore, Maryland:
This project included the design of a bridge spanning between the existing boiler plant and the new chiller plant.
